Pirate's Den

During our design and technology lessons in our Land Ahoy! unit, Y2 children had to create a new design for a remote control that would be useful to a pirate. They considered equipment available now and the needs of the user before selecting the best features to include in their design. After planning their model, they then worked in teams to create a prototype to present to the Dragon's Den (or should that be Pirate's Den?) showcasing all the amazing features.
